Terms & Conditions

• Identification Proof: All Indian and international guests must present a valid government-approved photo ID at check-in. Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport are accepted. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
• Age Requirement: The primary guest registering and making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.
• Tariff Validity: Room tariffs published on our website are subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on seasonality, weekends, and occupancy.

• Standard Check-In: 14:00 Hrs (2:00 PM).
• Standard Check-Out: 11:00 Hrs (11:00 AM).
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to room availability and may incur additional charges at the sole discretion of property management.

• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the standard check-in date are entitled to a full refund, minus applicable payment gateway processing fees.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in, or failure to arrive, incur a 100% retention charge equal to the total booking amount.
• Corporate & Group Bookings: Custom terms apply as explicitly agreed in the signed B2B contract or proforma invoice.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

• Right of Admission: Luxe Stayz reserves the right of admission. Accommodation may be denied to individuals posing a security threat, displaying inappropriate behavior, or violating property policies.
• Damages to Property: Guests are liable for physical damage caused to rooms, property, or amenities during their stay and will be charged the repair or replacement cost before check-out.
• Prohibited Activities: Carrying hazardous goods, weapons, illegal substances, or engaging in commercial activities or illegal acts on hotel premises is strictly prohibited.

Luxe Stayz Hospitality Private Limited will not be held responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential loss, theft of personal belongings, personal injury, or unexpected delays caused by natural disasters, government regulations, or forces beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
